In October1989 the 3rd meeting in ESP took place in Großburgwedel, Niedersachsen, Germany.  

The meeting took place even before the ESP logo was launched, and before the press had got hold of all the ICTwords  with their new fancy abbreviations.

In this interesting article ESP is called EPS.
